The work combines votive iconography, a hydropower machine and an interlocking backbone. Hydropower plants became an interest for their mechanical productivity and temple-like structures. At its center a mirror draws the viewer into a reconfigured space for the goddess, where body and machine merge. The piece is part of a larger new body of work imagining Senuna, a forgotten river goddess, in the distant future.
